Under the Central Motor Vehicles Rules (CMVR), electric two-wheelers with a maximum speed capped at or below 25 km/h and an electric motor output of up to 250W are classified as non-transport personal mobility devices. Consequently, these models do not require Regional Transport Office (RTO) vehicle registration or a mandatory driving license for operation.
Data Implication: Because low-speed scooters do not mandate RTO registration plates, VoltRide EV does not transmit your personal data to government transport registration portals (such as VAHAN) unless you specifically purchase a high-speed variant or commercial scheme where formal vehicle registration is statutory.

VoltRide EV is an electric vehicle distributor and dealership, not a registered bank, NBFC, or credit rating bureau. We do not issue loans directly, approve credit limits, or generate credit scores.
When you submit a finance request, our team forwards your contact information and model selection to the designated lending representative. Formal KYC verification, Aadhaar/PAN authentication, income checks, and official CIBIL credit score evaluations are performed directly by the respective finance provider under their own independent privacy notices and Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines.
We never require customers to upload sensitive banking passwords, debit card PINs, or raw biometric data to our website.
